Do the Puyallup
What a fun day! We decided to make it a full day and adventured down to the Puyallup fair. We enjoyed looking at the animals (Cooper was not as big of a fan of the loud roosters), eating fair food and playing some of the games. All fair pictures here. On our way home we…

Footloose and Swaddle Free
Rob has been wanting to put Cooper to bed without a Swaddle for weeks, and I keep coming up with excuses to delay it. We agreed that the first night had to be on a Friday, so if the evening didn’t go well Rob could be on point to get up. Well the big day happened on Friday…

Social Butterfly
Today Cooper was a social butterfly. We had a fun afternoon catching up with my high school friends Jen, Jenni, Megan, and some of their kiddos. Cooper was wonderful with the kids and loved being held by Jenni. That evening we also hosted book club where Cooper again was full of smiles for all the…

Meeting Sophie
Today Cooper was introduced to Sophie the giraffe. I don’t know what it is that kids love about this toy, but Cooper is definitely into it too. He loves to suck on her nose, ears and legs. We also had a very nice hour+ walk around Cottage Lake with our friends Amber and Ty, a…

New Ride
Today we tried out our big kid stroller with a walk to Home Depot. Cooper was very happy to be facing forward and looked like he enjoyed getting out without being in his car seat. The downside was that we were heading to the store for flowers and a rat trap, gross.

Headed in the Right Direction
Today we had a follow-up physical therapy appointment for Cooper’s head shape. We received great feedback on the progress he has made to look left and round out his head. The new exercise is to lay Cooper on his right side when picking him up to strengthen the left side of his neck.

Grandparents with a View
We headed north to celebrate some grandparent birthdays. We had a great visit and loved relaxing while looking at this fantastic view. The evening ended with Rob taking Cooper to Redhook with Charlie for a beer. This marked my first time home alone in the house since Cooper was born, and we both had a…

Poop….Please
After the explosion on Rob, Cooper hasn’t pooped in 3 days, and he usually poops 3 times a day… He has been so fussy and uncomfortable. I had to give him two formula bottles in a row on the plane ride home from Tucson, so I am not sure if that is what has him…

Marking his territory
Today will go down in the books as just one of those special days. Cooper appears to still be adjusting back to being at home after Arizona and may have picked up a small cold from the flight as he has been extra fussy. How did Cooper mark his territory you ask? Cooper threw up…

Visiting Cousins
Cooper and I adventured to Arizona to finally meet his cousins and uncle for the first time. Rob went to New York to be in a college friend’s wedding (congrats John and Abby!). It was Cooper’s first time on a commercial airplane. I was most concerned about security, and both ways they were overly helpful and…
