Date Day
We loved how our friends the Elliotts have done individual dates with the kids. We finally did it. Daddy took Cooper to the Arlington airshow for their date. They came back talking all about airplanes and loved the bonding time together. Nicholas and I went to the gym for 20 minutes. We have been going every other…

“I need a tissue”
Cooper came into our room this morning to tell us “I need a tissue.” He neglected to mention that he just climbed out of his crib for the first time. At 3 years and 1 month old we have been anticipating this day for a while, but were still surprised that it actually happened. Fortunately…

Jackson Town Square
We were official tourists and had our picture taken in front of the antler arches in the town square. We then got some energy out with a game of chase in the grass. Nicholas was excited to get out of the carrier after being jolted around during chase and have some time on the grass…

Parade, Fireworks and Walking
Happy 4th of July! Apparently Nicholas knew it was going to be a big day and ate a huge breakfast at Bubba’s. Using an adult sized fork didn’t slow him down at all. After breakfast we walked to town for their annual parade. Cooper wasn’t a fan of the loud noises, but Nicholas thrived in…

Jackson Hole for the 4th of July Holiday Weekend
This was our 5th annual trip to Jackson in our airplane. Our plane is the jalopy of the group when you fly into this airport with so much $$$ in airplanes surrounding us. Games with Nana Cooper helped Pop-Pop make homemade pasta. It was really delicious! Double “underdog” had the boys laughing in hysterics. Nicholas working…

Today Nicholas pulled up to the standing position from the ground without holding on to anything. His star outfit is perfect for his new “star” standing pose. Like with other developments, Nicholas choose to show us this one once it was mastered. He did it once and then repeated it 3 more times to make…

16 Months
Development: Consistently lines up to slide down the stairs feet first. Use a walker to make 10+ laps at a time around our house including controlling it to avoid obstacles and get unstuck. Loves to flip over during diaper changes. Nicholas has the best belly laugh and Cooper is an expert at getting him to…

Father’s Day
Today we celebrated our amazing Daddy with a flight to brunch at the Spruce Goose cafe. Thank you for all that you do for our family!

Pantry Games
They say you shouldn’t compare, but we couldn’t resist. When Cooper got into the food pantry he grabbed the puffs. When Nicholas got into the pantry he grabbed a handle of Scotch.

Berry Picking
We took the whole crew berry picking today at Remlinger Farm. Auntie Kari helping Cooper find strawberries. We moved to the raspberry fields after the strawberries and they were so much easier to pick. Apparently they were still not easy enough as Nicholas opted to pick directly from my box.
