Jackson Hole
We had such a fantastic time in Jackson Hole. Cooper did amazing in the airplane and at the higher elevation did not impact his breathing.
Our first night in Jackson a moose and her 2 babies slept outside our window. In the morning Bob and Jane saw them when they let the dogs out, but we didn’t know what the noise was and didn’t look out the window to see them. They didn’t come back, but we kept looking for them each morning. Cooper continued to sleep through the night even in his new bed, but sharing a room also helped Rob and I to remember just how much noise the little guy makes when he sleeps.
We enjoyed a family hike around String Lake
The grandparents watched Cooper on the shore while Rob and I got to spend some time kayaking around String Lake.
Cooper did spit up once a day for a couple of days during this trip. One time we had this happen and forgot the blankets for his head resulting in a ridiculous car ride outfit for Cooper.
We enjoyed the Saturday market and looking in the great shops around town. I also enjoyed my favorite treat of Jackson, the Smores dessert at the Snake River Brewery.
Bob and Jane very generously offered to watch Cooper while Rob and I enjoyed a date night to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. We always seem to be with family on our wedding anniversary and this year it worked out perfectly to give us a night out.
It was a fantastic trip and Cooper was all smiles when we were taking off to fly back home.
