It has been a bit challenging to get Cooper to eat anything with a texture.  He is very good at eating pureed veggies and fruit, but up until today would refuse if there was any texture in it.  Today Cooper decided that the banana baby muffins his PEPS friend Miss Amanda makes were delicious and ate an entire mini muffin.
