Move Day – Woodinville to Kirkland

The last family picture at 18530 130th Pl. NE, Woodinville, WA 98072  This Woodinville house has seen our families through so many firsts: engagement, wedding, airplane build, and most amazingly two incredible kids to name a few.  We absolutely loved our Woodinville home and the neighbors, but the commute and bigger yard will make the next home an even better fit for our family.

The big day is here!  We are moving to 12612 NE 73rd St, Kirkland, WA 98033.

Last picture in front of their first rooms.

This move was a true family effort.  Nene came to town (trip booked before we had bought a house) to a surprise that her vacation to visit would actually be spent packing, moving and unpacking us… we still owe her a real vacation visit to see us after that one!  On move day Grandpa came down too and was in charge of the boys allowing us to stay focused on getting the movers moving exactly what we wanted and where we wanted it.  Thank you family!

First meal at the new home during inspection was Taco Time from just down the street.

Cooper is loving the new front loading washer.  Oh, the wonders of laundry.

We are all loving the new big grassy backyard.  So many years of fun are in-store for us here.

As all new homes require, shortly after moving in we made a trip to IKEA with Nene’s help.
