After a failed attempt to workout at the gym with the kids in childcare (called back after just 15 minutes) I decided to take advantage of needing to get the kids loaded up in the car again.   We adventured out to Chiptotle, at noon, on a beautiful sunny workday.  The restaurant was packed and the line was to the back of the store.  Fortunately, the line moved quickly and a table opened up just as we looking to sit down.  Cooper needed a potty break mid lunch and we successfully made it back to our table before the staff cleared our lunch.  Overall a successful first solo restaurant experience for me and the boys!
